A confectionery business is started in Spain, the origin of this company which today continues to belong to the same family.
1996
We grew with the acquisition of an important brand in the confectionery sector: El Almendro
2009
We diversified with the acquisition of 50% of the French company that manufactures cereal bars Artenay Bars S.A.S
2016
We acquired 100% of Artenay Bars. We consolidated the group of companies as Delaviuda Confectionery Group
2018
We start our transformation, distinguishing our three main businesses: Confectionery brands, a business unit focused on farming to be able to supply our main raw materials and Artenay Foods (Dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of confectionery chocolate bars, snacks and products for the main European distribution brands and B2B)
